Music Musings ™ Policies and Procedures

Programs:  Our programs are available for GROUP programs or one time workshops as well. Both must be a minimum of 4 children. Children of all race and abilities are welcome!  Programs are 45 minutes @ $15.00 per child. We ask that a parent/caregiver participate with their child. Please remember that our Home Studio permit allows a maximum of 6 children, so all children present must be participating!

Milford Special Permit: A guardian responsible for each child is required to remain on the premises at all times. We are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Due to permit restrictions, we are not able to accommodate more than 6 children, so all present must be participating.

Parent/Guardian Responsibility: You or the guardian you have appointed for your child agree to take full responsibility for the safety of your child, or those in your care during your time spent on the Studio property. You agree to hold Music Musings/Marijo Hunihan harmless for any and all injuries that may occur. We welcome the opportunity to address any questions or concerns you may have.

Snacks on the Premises:  Please do not bring any food to ensure the safety of children will allergies.  Drinks are ok.  Water is always available! Thank you.

Payment:  Payment must be received for your child/children to participate in a program.

All administration is electronic.  Your registration form will serve as your contract bill for the session. We will email you when we receive any payment(s).  Emails sent will serve as your receipt for payment. There will be a $25.00 fee for each returned check. If you are planning a party, you are responsible for full payment for your program, with full payment due the date of your program.

Refunds:  For multiple programs that have been scheduled, after your child's first class no refunds will be issued, with 2 exceptions:  illness or relocation.  In all cases, there will be a $15.00 non-refundable administration fee in addition to prorated refunds.
